Rochester, NY 14609COMPLATE TEAR OFFScope of work to be completed • Protect exterior of home, landscape, and fragile ground items as necessary• Provide dumpster on driveway and install support for driveway protection• Remove and dispose of 2 layer of asphalt shingles, felt paper, ice and water shield, metal rake, drip edge, pipe boots, nails, box vents and ridge vents• De-nail wood, re-nail plywood sheets, clean up all debris in mobile dumpster• This estimate includes 2 sheets of plywood, any additional sheet will be $85 per sheet• Install drip edge (F-5) (White, Brown or Black)• Install ice and water shield (6 feet) along all heated eaves (2 layers), penetrations, valleys, and sidewalls• Install synthetic underlayment (Titanium UDL-30)• Install starter strips at eaves• Install Lifetime Architectural Algae-resistant asphalt shingles 5-6 nails per shingle for maximum wind tolerance• Install caps with matching ridge shingles on ridge and hips where appropriate• Install 2 box of roofing nails and 1 plywood nails• Cut ridge opening, install vents on all peaks• Shingles we are using: GAF Timberline and Owens Corning shingles• Dispose of all related roofing debris on property into dumpster and remove• 5-year warranty on labor, lifetime warranty on shingles, begins at project completion
