Re-Roof Permit

1) Stage project to meet or exceed OSHA safety regulations.2) Remove existing metal trim from parapet walls of roof. Properly dispose of all roofing debris in an approved landfill using dumpsters included in this quote.3) Provide and install wood blocking at roof perimeters as required to properly install the new roof system.4) Provide and install 1 layer of new 1.5” polyisocyanurate insulation board fastened to the roof deck per roofing manufacturer’s requirements.5) Provide and install 60 mil black EPDM Fully Adhered roof system glued to the new roof insulation per roofing manufacturer’s requirements.6) Provide and install EPDM base & wall flashing system at perimeter parapet walls of roof areas to new shop-formed .040” aluminum gravelstop trim system that will match existing appearance and color as close as possible.7) Provide and install new shop-formed .040” aluminum gravelstop trim system that will match existing appearance and color as close as possible at perimeters of roof.8) Provide and install EPDM base & wall flashing system at perimeter high walls of lower roof area to new aluminum termination bar system under siding systems.9) Lift and reset existing pipes and pipe support stands / blocks on the roof area. Any required shut-down, disconnects, adjustments, or reconnections to piping shall be by others.10) Provide and install flashing for 13 plumbing vent pipes, 22 pipes,19 flue pipes, 9 roof drains, 11 pitch boxes,1 thru-wall scuppers, 1 satellite dish frame, 21 HVAC curbs, and 31 gas pipe support pads. Note: In lieu of flashing, remove obsolete roof top equipment curbs and pipes, and deck over openings at owner’s option with no change of cost. All disconnections of ductwork, electric, gas piping, plumbing, etc. will be by others.11) Complete clean-up of all debris generated by Upstate Roofing & Painting, LLC on work premises and proper disposal of debris in dumpsters provided by Upstate Roofing & Painting, LLC
