Re-Roof Permit

Remove and replace existing roofing on main dwelling with Owens Corning Duration architectural asphalt shingles, including ice/water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter shingles, ridge shingles, ridge vent, step flashing, pipe boot, and related roofing accessories. Replace roofing on rear-left low-slope section with fully adhered EPDM rubber roofing over 1/2-inch fiberboard. Replace up to 5 sheets of porch roof plywood as needed.
