Upgrade 200 amp service. Install a new pipe mast riser at the relocated RG&E lateral attachment point. Feed new 200-amp exterior-rated meter/main combination equipment. Install new Grounding per NEC. Install a new 200-amp main breaker sub-panel in the residence basement. Re-feed all existing branch circuit wiring. Install a dedicated GFCI receptacle adjacent to the new service panel.
