Renovations: Interior renovations to include reinforcing ground floor with additional structural steel demo existing interior wall and build new 2 hour rated wall, add 2 new offices, rearrange storage areas, readjust existing sprinkler system and add/relocate fire alarm horns and strobes, readjust air compressor lines, rework HVAC and add humidification system, rework existing outlets and lighting and electrical panels.
