New Construction: To install a 1426 SF 2-story single family factory-manufactured building (modular building) - certified by NYS DOS with Insignia of Approval. Scope of work covered by this permit includes ONLY site supplied or installed elements or portions built on site, such as foundation, exterior steps, other site work, and utility connections (separate permits required for electrical and plumbing scope).
