Establish Use w/ Alterations: Establish use of 2-story frame/brick commercial building (formerly sit-down restaurant) to Adult-Use Retail Cannabis Dispensary; Work includes renovation of existing commercial kitchen to storage area, with new partition walls. Separate building permits shall be submitted by tenant for any proposed tenant fit-out/amenities or exterior alterations, including business signage and business permit.
