Exterior Renovations: Rehabilitation of 2-story frame single family dwelling. Work includes 3 replacement windows upstairs, and 2 in the kitchen; front porch repairs including guard & handrail replacement, soffit & gutter repair, structural reinforcement of porch deck, and replacement of stair treads to match existing. In interior, updated finishes only, no layout reconfiguration, or new electrical or plumbing.
