Interior/Exterior Renovations; Exterior of the residence including vinyl siding, replacement of a few windows, replacement of the exterior doors, repointing and painting of foundation. Front steps with landing to be built to code, enclose garage. Interior work to include patching or walls, paining and trim. Installation of cupboards and countertops. Mechanicals will be separate permits
