Exterior Stair Replacement: Replacement of existing wood staircase on east side of residence with new pressure treated wood staircase and handrail. One the northside of the residence, we will be removing the concrete stairs (approx 4 steps) and replacing that with a new pressure treated wood staircase and handrail
