Exterior Renovations: To legalize the repair/reconstruction of existing exterior porch stairs assemblies and railings damage by accidental vehicle impact. Replace damage stair framing/ stringers, treads, post, guards and railings with pressure-treated lumber. Existing porch footprint, roof, doorway and residential use remain unchanged.
