Renovations: Interior & exterior alterations to 2-story frame single family dwelling. Work includes: 1 new footing, 2 new columns, and new steel channel to correct sagging first floor; new (2) 1-3/4"x9-1/4" LVL beam at existing opened kitchen wall; 2 replacement windows and 1 new door leading to new deck; installation of new 6'x8' (48 SF) deck off rear of dwelling. New drywall throughout, upgrade plumbing and electrical.
