Building Permit — Interior Renovation or Alteration (e.g. fire damage repair, kitchen renovation, etc.)

Partial permit for Exterior Renovations to repair front door, storefront windows, and masonry walls due to vehicular damage; at corner tenant space on first floor of 2-story mixed use building. Work includes new glass in repaired frames, point & repair of reconstructed masonry knee wall. This permit does not include structural repair; separate permit required for replacement of temporary 6x6 wood post with new 6" diameter schedule 40 steel column with welded base and top plate connections per engineer's report.
