Convert 2nd and 3rd floors and a portion of the 1st floor of an existing building into 23 residential units with the remainder of the first floor remaining commercial. Work includes partial basement renovation for apartment amenities with a portion of the basement remaining until the commercial tenant space renovation is begun. Portion of basement under parking area will undergoe structure repair and shoring. New mechanical, plumbing and electrical throughout, little to no site work involved.
