Legalization of interior/exterior rehabilitation to establish use of the vacant built-as mixed-use building as: first floor - bar/restaurant with public entertainment (2,400 SF); second floor - flexible-use banquet hall and meeting rooms (X SF); third floor - three one-bedroom dwelling units (950 SF, 600 SF, 940 SF). Work to include legalization of first, second, and third floor demolition work, reframing walls, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, removal and installation of new third floor windows (wood to vinyl; 84" x 36").
