Establish Use w/ Alterations: Establish use of existing commercial space on 1st floor (NE side - 3,709 SF) of 3-story concrete mixed-use building as office, with tenant improvements for Neighborhood Service Center. Work includes new partitions to create offices, bathrooms & ancillary spaces, clerk & inspector area, and community room; Alterations to existing sprinkler/MEP as required; updated finishes throughout first floor office and basement storage area (880 SF).
