Building Permit — Change of Use (Changing and/or adding an occupancy, or modification to the number of units)

To add an outdoor patio area for Easy Sailor measuring ~16'-8" x 24'-8" (with a 5'x5' carve out - 386 SF) for up to 40 people (standing) or 26 seats. The outdoor area is enclosed entirely with planter boxers on rollers—no permanent modifications to occur. One (1) accessible parking space & access aisle covered by patio were replaced at adjacent parking space. Any permanent modifications will be subject to review by the Rochester Preservation Board. The hours are limited to 6am-11pm.
