Establish Use: To establish use with alterations of warehouse space (9,921 SF total) at 1183 E Main St as part of food processing facility/office in conjunction with use at 1185 E Main St (work completed in this tenant space under permit B-1184078). Cumulative factory use area will be 25,760 SF; gross building square footage to be 47,170 SF. Work includes one new exterior opening, window/door replacement, wall infill, new wall openings, new sinks, addition of 2 new accessible single-user toilet rooms, alterations/extension of existing fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and HVAC extension/alteration.
