Porch: Repair existing 8'-6" x 9'-9.25" front porch at 2-story frame single family dwelling. Work includes new PT joists, girders, and posts, and one new 48" deep concrete footing; repair railings to exact specifications and design as existing. ***REVISED 9/15/2026 to include 7'2.25" x 4'-1.5" rear porch restoration; includes new PT joists, beams, posts, footers, and stairs; to repair all ornamental elements to exact specifications and design as existing.
