Building Permit — Parking Lot

Site work to be done in parking lot that crosses over 21 & 25 Canterbury and 800-804 & 806-808 Monroe Ave. including hard and landscaping to mitigate stormwater runoff and safety concerns. Work includes intalling a bike rack, restriping the lot, concrete curbing along sidewalk as well as 24" tall steel pipe between the two ingress/egress points to provide a barrier between vehicles parked perpindicular to the sidewalk in this section. No work associated with the proposed advertising sign on 25 Canterbury nor any work proposed to any of the buildings on 25 Canterbury, 810-1812 Monroe, 806-808 Monroe, and 800-804 Monroe is included in this building permit.
