Interior Renovations: Alterations to existing takeout restaurant space (625 SF) on 1st floor of 2-story brick mixed use building to establish new takeout restaurant with 9 seats (maximum occupant load <50 people). Work includes new service counter & soffit, new wall in back of house area, associated plumbing & electrical alterations; existing exhaust hood to remain, and be serviced & records provided to fire marshal prior to re-use.
