Building Permit — Interior Renovation or Alteration (e.g. fire damage repair, kitchen renovation, etc.)

Renovations: Interior and exterior rehabilitation of 2-story frame two-family dwelling. Work includes reconstruction of existing enclosed 8'-0" x 26'-0" front porch to open front porch, with new 12" x 12" masonry piers on solid footers, new 2x8 framing, vinyl railings and stairs (no expansion proposed); Replace rear steps in kind; tear-off and re-roof in kind (asphalt to asphalt). Driveway and furnace replacements under separate permit; Separate permit required for plumbing and electrical work.
