Residential Building — Addition and/or Alteration

Interior renovation of an existing single-family dwelling. Work includes the replacement of seven (7) existing windows, replacement of existing wood flooring and tile, installation of new kitchen cabinets, and partial replacement/repair of gypsum wallboard (sheetrock). All renovation work will be performed in accordance with the provided architectural drawings and applicable building codes and regulations.
