Residential Building — Addition and/or Alteration

The work entails an interior renovation of an existing fully-sprinklered 4-story single family townhouse. Interior non-structural partitions, finishes, electrical and plumbing fixtures are to be revised, removed and replaced. Sprinkler to remain in place, with minimal adjustments to accommodate revised ceiling layouts. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing work and Sprinkler revisions to be permitted separately by respective contractors. details as shown in the plans.
