Residential Building — Addition and/or Alteration

Alterations to the basement of an existing single family house. The project had previously received a building permit (RP-2022-007935), was built, and all received / passed all of it's inspections except for the Final Building Inspection, then the building permit expired. This permit is intended to "finalize / complete" the project officially. details per plan. no new new work / additions included.
