Residential Building — Addition and/or Alteration

For interior and exterior alterations to an existing detached structure to be converted for the use as a single-family dwelling per plans. Separate permits are required for all associated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work. Basement to remain non-habitable, to be used for storage and utilities only. All work to the exterior per Philadelphia Historic Commission approvals.
