Plumbing — Alterations

Installation of new fixtures for 4 unit residential building :: 4 water heaters, 4 kitchen sinks, 4 washers, 6 toilets, 7 lavatories, 5 shower/tubs. Exterior water supply and water distribution system piping shall be installed not less than 36" minimum below grade to the top of the pipe. Where water distribution pipe and water service pipe connect at the curb or curb stop, the piping shall be a minimum of 48" below grade to the top of the pipe.
