Mechanical — Addition and/or Alterations

EZ PERMIT DUCTWORK & WARM-AIR APPLIANCES- For the installation of New Ductwork, Registers/Grilles/Diffusers, and Warm-Air Appliances as per attached standards. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. Two separate units for each apartment> For the 1st unit AHU will be in the basement. For the 2nd floor unit - in Mechanical room. Each Unit will have 8kw heat kit and 1.5t HP.
