Mechanical — Addition and/or Alterations

EZ PERMIT DUCTWORK & WARM-AIR APPLIANCES - For the installation of New Ductwork, Registers/Grilles/Diffusers, and Warm-Air Appliances as per attached standards. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. MULTI FAMILY - EACH HVAC UNIT TO BE SELF-CONTAINED WITHIN EACH DWELLING UNIT. NO PENETRATIONS OF RATED ASSEMBLIES. Installing (2) ductless mini split units, (1) in each one bedroom apartment. Heat pumps located on the 1st floor exterior wall (10’ of the ground) and the 2nd floor exterior wall (20’ of the ground.) The inside units (cassettes) will be in the back bedrooms and living rooms of each apartment.
