Mechanical — Addition and/or Alterations

EZ PERMIT DUCTWORK & WARM-AIR APPLIANCES- For the installation of New Ductwork, Registers/Grilles/Diffusers, and Warm-Air Appliances as per attached standards. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. EACH HVAC UNIT TO BE SELF-CONTAINED WITHIN EACH DWELLING UNIT. NO PENETRATIONS OF RATED ASSEMBLIES. Installation of 70 btu 90% Furnace with 2.5 ton coil and condenser connecting to new ductwork. Installation of 2.5 mini split system with 3 evaporator heads for second floor.
