No exterior work permitted as part of this permit. No work to exterior windows and/or doors as part of this permit. No work to the front facade as part of this permit. For the interior demolition on non-bearing partition wall and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans. Separate Streets Department permit required for sidewalk and street closures. NO DEMOLITION TO FIRE RATED ASSEMBLIES. Structural alteration or repair is expressly PROHIBITED under this permit.
