Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

•Replace all Knob & Tube wiring in the basement •Open electrical devices and identify all ungrounded wiring throughout the house •Replace ungrounded (and tapped) wiring with new grounded wiring per NEC •Fish new grounded conductors •Add grounding electrodes and ground conductors to the existing service •Replace existing breakers with AFCI breakers on all circuits •Replace/install GFCI protection on circuits within 6 feet of water •Fish wiring to install interconnected smoke/CO detectors throughout house
