Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

- Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH AN INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE FROM 100 AMPS TO 200 AMPS as per Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard Wire out the basement and first/second floor for two individual apartments. Install lighting and outlet circuits for the kitchen, bedroom(s), living spaces for both apartments including about 77 devices per the 2020 NEC. Install interconnected hardwired smoke detectors in the bedrooms / hallway / stair areas as required. Install panel surge surpresser breakers as required. Install GFCI / AFCI circuit protection at the breaker box as required. Install code approved light fixtures in the closets.
