Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH AN INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE FROM 100 TO 200 as per attached Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard. Install one (1) 125-amp subpanel for each of the two (2) dwelling units. Provide electrical wiring throughout the building, including installation of lighting fixtures, switches and receptacles outlets. Install branch circuits to supply power to appliances and HVAC equipment. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. All work to be perform according to the 2020 NEC.
