Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Organize existing wiring to the first floor commercial space only. Remove existing Romex wiring. Install six new baseboard heaters. Replace existing 200 amp panel with new panel. Install wiring and devices for the new bathroom. Install new lighting fixtures to the store front sales area. All work to be perform according to the 2020 NEC and per executed contract.
