Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Install a 300-amp electrical service, including wiring and equipment as required with four (4) meter packs, including proper grounding and bonding. Install one (1) 100-amp subpanel for the house panel and one (1) 150-amp subpanel for each of the three (3) dwelling units. Provide electrical wiring throughout the building, including installation of lighting fixtures, switches, exit signs, emergency lighting and receptacles outlets. Install branch circuits to supply power to appliances and HVAC equipment. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. (fire alarm system is not included in the scope of work.) All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC and per approved plans.
