Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH NO INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE as per Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard Existing 100A service to remain 100A; no increase in service capacity. Relocate existing 100A panel and install new 100A indoor service disconnect. Extend/reconnect existing branch circuits; upgrade grounding and bonding; rewire living room, dining room and second floor; install required receptacles, lighting, AFCI/GFCI protection and smoke/CO detectors. Kitchen electrical work excluded.
