Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH NO INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE as per attached Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard. 100 amp service panel replace equipment in-kind. Update grounding and bonding. 30 amp 240V circuit to 2FL rear deck HVAC condenser. All new wiring surface mount or fished in existing walls. All work to be perform according to the 2020 NEC and per executed contract.
