Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Installation of a new 2000A manual transfer switch (UL 1008, 208Y/120V, 3-phase, 4-wire, break-before-make) in the main service line ahead of existing panel MDP-3 (800A main breaker) to allow connection of a portable/standby emergency generator. Includes grounding/bonding relocation as required if the transfer switch becomes the service disconnect. No increase to existing 800A service capacity. All work to be perform according to the 2020 NEC and per approved plans.
