Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Provide, Wire and Install [1] 4’ Linear Fixture, [1] 8’ Linear Fixture, [4] Ceiling Mounted Emergency Fixture, [21] Ceiling Mounted Occupancy Sensor and [7] Power Pack. Provide and Install [3] ¾” EMT Conduit Stub at Card Reader Location. Power Wiring for [4] Modular Wall Load Center Panel (60 Amp 120/208 Volt Single Phase 3 Wire Main Lug Load Center Panel) and [1] hot water heater as per 2017 NEC. Provide, Wire and Install [5] Ceiling Mounted Horn/Strobe, [9] Ceiling Mounted Strobe, [2] Ceiling Mounted Smoke Detectors, [1] Pull Station. Provide and Install [2] Replacement Pull Stations (Utilize Existing Wiring). Provide and Install [1] ¾” EMT Conduit Stub at New Pull Station Location as per 2016 NFPA 72.
