Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Install new 300 amp service ,4 meter bank with 3 apartments and one house meter. Provide electrical wiring throughout the building, including installation of lighting fixtures, switches, exit signs, emergency lighting, telecommunication wiring and receptacles outlets. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Furnish and install a fire alarm system.ALL WORK IS TO BE DONE ACCORDING TO APPROVED DRAWINGS -2020 NEC. -NOTED : 520 Hz interconnected 110v smoke alarms are specified for this project- **HIGHER AMPERAGE BREAKER IS IN THE METER BANK & LOWER AMPERAGE MCB PANEL IS IN RESIDENTIAL SPACE**
