Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH AN INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE FROM 100 AMP TO 200 AMP as per Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard INCLUDING AN EMERGENCY DISCONNECT Increase service from 100 amp and Upgrade to 200 amp service with 3 gang meter sockets with two 100 amp disconnects for apt 1 & 2 and one 60 amp disconnect for house panel. Install 100-amp feeder cable to apt 1 and apt 2 circuit breaker panels- and 60-amp feeder cable to house panel Install supplemental grounding as per NEC Install 2 outdoor lighting fixtures 6 receptacles in basement on house panel.
