Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Residential Service Equipment not exceeding a rating of 200 amps WITH NO INCREASE IN SERVICE SIZE as per Residential Service Equipment EZ Standard. INCLUDING AN EMERGENCY DISCONNECT Garage-install 240 volt, 70 amp line with 20 position panel Excavate from house to garage, driveway and repair with top patch only Install customer supplied car charger below panel Brush/shrub removal and trimming along side of the house for equipment access. Approx. 55 lineal feat of open-cut machine trenching at code depth from the side of the house to edge of paving. Saw cut, jackhammer, and remove a small section of the concrete garage floor for boring equipment access. One pneumatically bored hole approx. 35 lineal feet beneath the pave driveway at a depth of 2 feet. One pneumatically bored hole a short distance beneath a concrete walkway. Installation of approx. 90 lineal feet of 1.5" electric conduit stubbed up at the desired locations for future connection. Mechanical compaction, raking, seeding, and erosion haying of all excavated/disturbed areas. Concrete garage floor restoration with 2B stone base and concrete wire. Removal of excess earth debris accumulated during excavation. Install spare 1" PVC to garage from basement On Outside Wall of House- Install GFI protected receptacle with outdoor cover in new location Service- Replace service to a 200 amp service with a 40 position breaker box. Including cable and meter / disconnect box. Remove 100 amp disconnect and install 100 amp wire into new 200 amp main panel Install 2-8 foot ground rod into the Earth where possible and wiring to the cold & hot water pipe and jumped out the water. Note labeling of the breakers, allowance for general labeling approximately 15 min. Additional label will be an extra charge of $180 per hour for two men. Note we cannot be responsible for pre-maturing blowing of breakers to already overloaded circuits or may not be on proper size breakers Install GFI protected receptacle on the breaker
