Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

INSTALL 320 AMP ELECTRICAL SERVICE, METER SOCKET AND TWO SUB CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL WITH PROPER GROUNDING AND BONDING. REWIRE HOUSE THROUGHOUT. INSTALL LIGHTING, SWITCHES AND RECEPTACLES OUTLETS. INSTALL 120 VOLTS INTERCONNECTED SMOKE/CO ALARMS. PHC Staff Review of light fixture details required for final approval. Front facade light fixture to be located mounted using mortar joint between front door and adjacent window (see image uploaded in File Notes tab. Shutoffs to be located behind gate and as far rear as possible. No work to exterior windows and/or doors as part of this permit. ALL WORK TO BE DONE ACCORDING TO THE 2017 NEC AND PER APPROVED PLANS.
