Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

-Replace existing breakers with arc fault breakers in each panel - Provide arc/ gfci breakers In basement apartment panel - Replace panel outlets with gfci - Replace (4) smoke detectors with combo smoke/carbon - Replace recess light bulbs with retro led trims - Replace all gfci outlets with tamper proof gfci outlets - Replace all outlets with tamper proof outlets - Provide additional grounding for service - Fix all loose boxes -Add additional outlets in two bedroom - Redo wiring for hot water heaters - Label all panels - Provide new wiring throughout for fire alarm system Installation shall comply with 2017 NEC and 2016 NFPA 72.
