Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Add carbon monoxide (CO) detectors in the mechanical room, kitchen, and laundry room. Install additional notification strobes in Rooms 530, 531, 532, and 533 to provide ADA-compliant visual notification. Provide all associated wiring, connections and devices. All work shall be performed in accordance with 2019 NFPA 72, the 2020 NEC and the approved plans.
