Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Installation of new wiring throughout for each unit(4) and the common area. Installation of new boxes, switches and other electrical equipment throughout for each unit (4) and common area. Installation of interconnected smoke alarms throughout. Installation of new 400 amp service -(3) 600 kCMIL Al ,W/ 1/0 Cu GROUNDING ELECTRODE & bond all systems in the property together , including 5-gang meter bank, and 5 service panels, 125 amps for each unit(4) and common area 100 amps. All electrical installations will be installed per approved drawings-2017 NEC.
