Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

Provide complete electrical installation for the renovation of an existing commercial building consisting of a first-floor motor vehicle repair garage and second-floor office space. Work includes a new 200A, 208Y/120V, 3-phase electrical service, panelboard, lighting, receptacles, dedicated equipment circuits, grounding and bonding, emergency lighting, exit signs, and all associated wiring, conduit, and devices. Install fire alarm system. All work to be perform according to the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
