(23) Twenty Three 175A 208/120V 1Ph 3W Tenant Unit services, (22) Twenty-Two 150A 208/120V 1PH 3W Tenant Unit services. Branch circuit wiring, devices, and finish apparatus for power and LED lighting within each apartment unit and common areas to include emergency egress lighting. Area of refuge system wiring and components. All work to be perform according to the 2017 NEC and per approved plans.
