Electrical — Addition and/or Alteration

The systems installation will take place as follows: Decommissioning: Unless noted on the drawing that equipment is to remain in place, Johnson Controls will decommission the existing Intrusion head end equipment and their associated devices, along with removing the cable associated with the equipment. If NVR is being replaced, as noted in the estimate, the older NVR unit is to be shipped to ERI for storage, see shipping form for instructions. Installation: 1. Intrusion Installation of the intrusion system will be as follow: ****Be sure to check with your Coordinator for scheduling and information**** Prewire: Will be provided, installed, and labeled by T-Mobile. Johnson Controls will install a new BA system, unless noted in the job to remain in place, or be re-used/re-installed. Johnson Controls will install new BA devices which consists of motion sensors, door contacts, glass breaks (where windows and glass doors are present), wireless panic/hold up buttons, Johnson Controls will decommission the existing Video head end equipment and their associated devices, along with removing the cable associated with the equipment. If NVR is being replaced, as noted in the estimate, the older NVR unit is to be shipped to ERI for storage .Video Management System Installation of the Video system . Prewire: Will be provided, installed, and labeled by T-Mobile. Johnson Controls will install a new Video management system, that consists of a Video Recorder, POE Switch, Dome Cameras, 360 Cameras, and a Mullion camera, unless noted in the job to remain in place, or be re-used/re-installed. If NVR is being replaced, as noted in the estimate, the older NVR unit is to be shipped to ERI for storage, see shipping form for instructions. Some devices may require conduit to avoid obstructions, if so, time and material is included to build, paint, and install. Please refer to the Drawing for each store for additional information. All equipment installed will be in accordance with T-Mobile .
